I have chosen the creative assignment because I love to do creative things and I
thought it would be more fun for me to make something ‘nice’ instead of just (boring)
writing about my book.
C. Answer the question below that corresponds to the creative option you have
chosen. Also include the creative product itself. [150 words]
A song/rap. Explain how you came up with the lyrics, what has inspired you? How
does your song/rap relate to the book?
Told through social media. Explain how each post relates to the book. Why have you
chosen these specific posts and discussions?
Five Drawings. Write captions for each drawing. How do your drawings relate
to the book?
I first will tell you about the title I gave to the drawings, than I explain what you can
see on them and last I will tell you what I wrote on the bottom of them, this
also has to do with the drawing.
1 Start Digging! , KB- Here you see kate barlow dying on the hot dried out sand, she
has buried the treasure where everyone is searching for, since she is bitten by
a yellow spotted lizard she will die verry fast fast. She’s feels in peace
because no one can heard her anymore. – you see a quote about kate and
how her story was, it’s a resume off her life.
2 Day 1 - You see Stanley sitting in his almost finish first hole, he is exhausted and
his hands are bleeding. Al of the other boys from camp D are already finished
(that’s why he’s alone) You can see how hot it is and how many holes there
are made through al the years of digging.- You see a song that a family
member sang to him.
3 no good dirty rotten pig strealing great grandfather – here you see Stanley getting
hit by the shoes, later this day he will be arrested for having them. He has a
backpack and lobby clothes -> he just came from school and he is a little thick
– this is a little song the girlfriend of clyde sang, its funny because the shoes
were from clyde so he is part of the reason Stanley had to go to the camp.
