In January 1973, in Roe v. Wade, the Supreme Court affirmed it the woman's choice to
terminate her pregnancy. It was hence legalizing abortion in the first trimester. Abortion is a
hugely controversial topic, and several individuals have diverse views on it. Pro-lifers think it is
morally incorrect to murder an innocent kid, whereas pro-choices believe it is the woman's
decision. The abortion topic has been debated for several years now, and hopefully, a consensus
can ultimately be reached.
As dividing as the abortion subject is, the truth remains that both sides praise itself for
being the authentic guardian of women’s wellbeing. However, mutual worries are imparted by
both pro-choice and pro-life supporters. The women's health, such as the psychological, physical,
and emotional welfare of a woman, is a concern for both sides. Also, both sides are concerned
about optimism for females to have a prosperous and fruitful future irrespective of unintended
pregnancy. Both sides have a shared notion that the primary government's purpose is to
safeguard individual entitlements. Both sides engage in educational research, financing, and
education activities offered to young females and men to avoid unplanned pregnancies. There are
several pro-choice viewpoints on abortion. As a pro-choice, NARAL believes the abortion
decision lies with the woman because it is her body.
NARAL is a non-profit organization that was established mainly to uphold a woman’s
permissible right to have an abortion. NARAL mission has extended to encompass supporting
policies that allow males and females to make choices concerning abortion, sexuality, childbirth,
