This information validated our efforts and business decisions towards meeting/exceeding expectations and maintaining a competitive advantage in the eyes of our investors. Furthermore, BeVisionary Cameras held the highest Earnings Per Share (EPS), Return on Equity (ROE) and Stock Price for year nine; this comparative data provided a benchmark range to be used for our year 10 decisions. Therefore, by analyzing the Camera & Drone Journals, Competitive Intelligence Reports, and the Company Operating Reports from year nine we determined that our primary goals would need to involve the following strategic efforts: the continued development of the AC Camera, maintain our profitability in the UAV Drone Market, initiate strategies that would allow us to regain control of our market sales, and increase our Market Share in each geographical region. Thus, the purpose of this paper is to document the analysis and observations that were found from the year nine results and the strategic decisions that have been implemented for BeVisionary Cameras as we enter year 10.
