We were also extremely pleased to learn that we received a Bull's Eye Award for accurately forecasting and calculating our projected performance. With such positive and effective results, we chose to initiate our decision-making for year eight with the same focus and approach as we did the week prior. In a collaborative effort, we compared and analyzed the Camera & Drone Journals, Competitive Intelligence Reports, and the Company Operating Reports from year seven to gain insight regarding the industrywide results. In doing so, we were able to adjust our business' performance and competitive assumptions as we strategically prepare our business for sustainable growth, continued competitive efforts and the achievement of our long-term goals. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to document the analysis of the year seven results and the strategic decisions that have been implemented for BeVisionary Cameras in year eight.
