ABSTRACT
Language is the most important weapon of a person to communicate with
other individual. It keeps us in touch with other people around the world. English
is one of those for it is the international language used by any nation to
understand each other. English plays a major role in many sections like
education, medicine and business. However, most of us Filipinos are not familiar
with it. Because of this we tend to get embarrassed and lose our confidence
throughout the day. This research will help us to know more about the difficulty
encountered by the students and their coping strategies to overcome those
problems about English conversation
. Since effective language learning involves a variety of skills, practices and
abilities, problem could be based in any of a number of areas, or there may be a
combination of reasons for the lack of necessary and expected progress. It is
important for the students to attain a complete picture as possible of students
learning profile in order to help determine the possible causes of this difficulty. To
deal with this type of research the researcher uses the descriptive type of method
to investigate and gather information for this study. The students find themselves
