, EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
A complicated and dynamic business environment is created by low economic growth, global
market conditions, innovation, and cost pressure. Companies must be able to adapt and
handle constant change in order to remain competitive (Wanner, 2013). Within a corporation,
there are constant changes: new strategies, organisations, systems, culture, and processes.
Change management is critical for success and acceptance of the results in all of these
initiatives. The following report displays the change management through an Agile
methodology.
Firstly, a change requirement identification is elaborate following with the change request
analysis. Besides, a change is demonstrated in details in the project management processes
and in all stages of the PLC`. The report is then focused on the integrated change control in
order to end with the justification of the required change.
