NAME OF COMMAND BUTTON/S FUNCTION/USES
1. Paste This button is used to insert items into
the document that have been stored on
the clipboard.
2. Cut (Ctrl + X) This button cuts the current selection to
the clipboard.
3. Copy - (Ctrl + C) This button copies the current selection
to the clipboard.
4. Format Painter Copies the format from a cell or range
allowing it to be pasted elsewhere.
5. New Slide This button is used in inserting a new
slide to the presentation. Wherein it
inserts a new blank Title and Content
Slide.
6. Layout When this button is clicked, a gallery of
different slide layouts will appear.
This button is used to reset the slide
7. Reset position, size, and formatting to its
default value.
Used this button to organize the slides in

a presentation into sections.
To select the type of font for a whole
9. Font Type document or for selected text within the
document, click this button.
