In the beginning stages of Rome, there was a lot of struggle with many factors that didn't
help their survival. As time went on for Rome through many trial and error, the country finally
reached a high point and transformed into a successful empire in different areas that we know
and recognize Rome today for. Rome has made a mark in history with the help of Romanization
and became stronger as a country. Out of the many accomplishments that Rome acquired, one
that stands out the most would be their art. From the many forms of art, their pottery is inspiring.
Their pottery was uniquely designed with Roman gods and heroes and told different stories of
the Mediterranean. These pieces had deep precision and detail to tell their stories. The specialty
of their pottery was the terra sigillata, it was a reddish table-ware with a beautiful glossy finish.

This method of creating terra sigillata inspired many countries as far as Europe, that
many started copying this style for pottery. With help from skilled soldiers that were trained in
pottery making back in Italy, Rome was able to advance their pottery manufacturing by the
thousands with the updated kilns and they were able to build facilities to expand their creations
from pottery to roof tiles, amphoras, and specialty dishes. The pots were all different and special
as each artist added their distinct touch to each piece. With their individuality of the pieces,
archeologists were able to trace the pottery back to the Roman Empire. This gave the roman's
major growth in trading connecting Europe and western Asia in ways previously were not
possible.
Another accomplishment brought from Rome is Christianity and its evolution starting
from Rome and spread out to the world. As the story goes Roman officials ignored Jesus and his
followers seeing Jesus and his group as outcasts in an odd religion going against their traditional
