Team Performance Reporting
SimTech’s team performance reporting is ideal for tracking and identifying project
activities. We implement this process to monitor our team’s productivity, communications,
documentations, and to help make proper decisions to serve our customers. The anatomy of
our team performance report includes baselines, conversations touched, resolved variables,
responses, and durations. This portion covers the foundation of project communication
management. Through this channel, we aim to report overall performance, project team needs,
status information based on progress, resources, and prediction of project completion.
Measuring these variables will assist our project manager to manage and deliver exceptional
results to the team and our potential clients.
Project
Documents
To monitor deliverables and project progress, the project manager will utilize our
business development department. Our BD director is responsible for our tracking opportunities
through our business development pipelines. A pipeline is our source of where products and
services flow into our company and eventually out to our customers. In this pipeline, we store
information, processes, services, and actual products. Most documents include a summary of
notes based on email trafficking, proposal documents, RFI’s and information from
partners/third parties. We use this pipeline mainly to conduct a capability overview of what
resources we have to offer our partners. We also use the pipeline to engage our team members
for certain tasks that are required from our partners/customers. (Figure A.) The pipeline notes
are a general simplification of report results between stakeholders and team members. Similar
to the ghant chart tracking methods, our consolidate pipeline checks the completion of
milestones, project process, and the cost based on our project schedule (Figure B.) To display
the budget requirements of project implantation, the task magnitude demonstrates the cost at
overall project completion.

Project Management Communication Tools
According to Singh, project communication and collaborative tools includes the
dynamics from communication methodology, technology, and modeling. (Singh, 2015). The
prime objective for our project manager during the project life cycle is to monitor team
performance, track project initiatives, and share information with stakeholders. In Unit VI, we
acknowledged that our main focus is to create strong partnerships with potential clients and
other stakeholders. For our client’s projects, it is extremely important that we can achieve
