I compared stroke on CINAHL and Google Scholar and found the following : CINAHL provided a search result of 80,184 while Google Scholar search result was about 3,080,000. Google scholar provided more result than CINAHL when compared in the number of research result. I went further to narrow down the number of article by searching in CINAHL Stroke among adult, using customized year ranging from January 2014 to March 2017, full text, and Age group-Adult 19-44 years, it narrowed down my result to four result which gave me the opportunity to pick the exact one I need. Then in the Google Scholar, I typed in the same search topic which is Stroke among adult and was able to select only the year range, it narrowed my search to 428 results.
