1. How does theory help NSTECH teachers in both their pedagogy and didactics
With pedagogy theory the teacher will seriously consider the pupils voice and involve clear
thinking about longer term learning, outcomes and short goals. Build learners prior learning and
experience as well as involving a range of techniques including whole-class and structured group
work.
With didactic theory the teacher with apply the practical application of teaching and learning,
focuses in the baseline knowledge learners possess and seeks to improve upon it. Didactic theory
it is an effective method used to teach learners who are unable to read or write, there two theories
will help enhance learners skills in NS TECH
.
2. How can NS TECH teachers accommodate all type of learners in their planning
Since learners have different learning style it is important for teachers to know the different
learning styles and to engage with students in the conversation about the subject matter, question
the students about the taught content and allowing learners work at their own pace and use a
multisensory approach. Give learners choices to express themselves and reinforce skills valued
by family as to help establish respect amongst learners.

3. How can ns tech teacher contextualize their teaching if they are based in rural, urban or semi-
urban areas
Teachers in rural areas are faced with numerous challenges; most learners don’t attend school
regularly as they may be forced to look after the livestock than attend school
Teachers in rural areas results in greater exposure to disease while there is less access to health
care
