, Introduction
The SPSS-file SurveyAlkmaar.sav contains the data of a survey, designed to explore the
factors that impact on respondents' psychological adjustment and wellbeing. The survey was
distributed to adult members of the general public in Alkmaar. The survey contained three
validated scales, measuring the constructs optimism, life satisfaction and stress. The final
sample size was 439, consisting of 42 percent males and 58 percent females.
SurveyAlkmaar.sav is the subject of each assignment in this exam
