The situation of war being among two countries and There is a possibility
of war but in real there will be no war .
It happened between US & USSR from 1945-1990
It was an ideological war
US – Capitalism (Free market)
USSR – Socialism (Under govt.)
Logic of deterrence :- means when both sides have the capacity to respond
against an attack and it will be impossible to declare one side or the other
side as the winner.
