The Difference between a Debate and Dialogue
 Debate is oppositional; 2 opposing sides trying to
prove each other wrong
 Dialogue is collaborative with multiple sides working
towards a shared solution
Traditional Hierarchy
 Traditional hierarchy in an organisational structure,
means power flows vertically and upward, and
employees are departmentalised (Pyramid style
hierarchy)
 Characteristics of traditional hierarchy
- Employees only work in one area of an office
