2.Thesaurus
Word offers a Thesaurus feature that can help you find just the right
word for another word. A Thesaurus is a book of words in groups of
synonyms that have the same or nearly the same meaning.
TO USE THE THESAURUS FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
1. Select the word in your document for which you want to find a
replacement.
2. From the Review tab, click the Thesaurus command of the
Proofing group.
3. This will bring the Thesaurus panel on the right hand side.
4. From the list of alternatives click on a word for the replacement.
Alternately you may select the word and from the popup menu select
the Synonym option to get a list of synonyms, which you may select for
replacement.
