A Brief Overview of the Particulars of the Case
The first anti-trust case to be discussed is Oscar Insurance Company of Florida (Oscar)
versus Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida Inc. (Florida Blue). These two are competitors in
the market of insurance, and the smaller insurance company, Oscar, is suing Florida Blue. Oscar
named several reasons for lawsuit, including a challenge against Florida Blue’s exclusivity
