EXPOSITORY ESSAY Relieving Stress Student’s Name Institutional Affiliation Date We have so many demands that we cannot handle that later exposes as to stress. Stress refers to the reactions from our bodies after some challenges and demands. Stress can either be negative or positive and there are healthy ways in which one can reduce stress. However, stress is considered to be so important as they help in enabling us to respond to dangers and threats in a quick way. One of the best ways to reduce stress is by having quality and enough sleep. Having enough time to sleep give one time to relax from the things bothering hence reliving stress. Also, sleep helps the mind to unwind and forget about stressful events. Another important way of reducing stress is by regularly doing some exercise. Aside from physical health benefits of exercise, they help in relieving stress. Aerobic kind of exercise are believed to release endorphins that helps people feel better and maintain a positive attitude when stressed (Osei, 2013). The last way of reducing stress is by avoiding stress triggers. Human life is filled with so many demands and a limitation on time.
