FUNCTIONS:
1. PLANNING:
This involves determining objectives , strategies , policies ,
programmes and procedures for achieveing those
objectives for the organization and its sub-units.
2. ORGANIZING:
This function involves defining the lines
of authorities and responsibility in the organization
and managing flow of information for optimal
utilization of human and other resources.
3. CO-ORDINATING:
This function involves determining
the timing and sequence of activities so that the
functions are carried out in proper order to achieve
objectives.
