School culture is the way in which teachers and the rest of the members of staff work
together to make the school a better place everyday. " a full service school should be an
ordinary primary school which is provided with the necessary physical materials, human
resources and professional development of staff so that they can accommodate a
diverse range if learning needs". This shows how school culture can be used to
encompass the attitudes, behaviour and values that impact the schools operations.

Both teachers and parents agree the school is well managed by the principal school
management and teachers.
The culture of the school is based on strong Christian beliefs my creating Elsen classes.

How can you practice the principles of Ubuntu during your teaching practice phase?
Consider the principles discussed in URL link 4.
I practice the principles of Ubuntu during my teaching practice phase by treating all
learners in my class as well as all members of staff equally, with respect and dignity.
During my lessons all learners are treated fair and equally. I will show love and warmth
to all my learners so that they can practice the same habit and show the same love to
their classmates. This will create a warm and safe environment for the learners. Each
child will get an equal amount of attention and treatment so no learner will feel left out
or discriminated in any way.
