It is the flow of information within a network of interdependent relationship. According to Goldhabe , organizational communication is a group of individuals who interact with each other through the dissemination of information for the benefit of the organization for the purposes of mutual understanding.Organisational Communication is based on an integrated process to exchange and interpret all messages by encouraging purposeful ,data driven dialogue to create and nourish long term profitable relationships with stakeholders in support of the corporate brand of the organization (Niemann,2005:30).
