Patient: Kyle Miller Kyle Miller is a married, healthy 41-year-old father of two who works full-time as a carpenter. He sustained a puncture wound to his right inner forearm 4 days ago (last Friday) while moving a dirty piece of equipment at his job site. Cellulitis developed around the wound, and he was admitted for IV antibiotics and monitoring. Kyle is anxious to get home and return to work. He is worried that his boss will not be understanding about his injury. His wife Sarah is present and is also concerned about Kyle’s ability to return to work. During the scenario, Kyle is cooperative and pleasant and asks many questions.
