Project management is a critical component of management. The term "project management" refers to a process or collection of processes used to accomplish a management objective within a specified time frame. In other words, project management is the process of allocating a specific time period to accomplishing an organization's goals through the application of techniques, skills, and knowledge, tools, or a combination of these. The success of a project is largely determined by the project's manager. As such, the project manager is accountable for allocating tasks and directing employees to work in accordance with the project's objectives. Throughout the project, the manager must acquire a variety of skills in order to perform better for the company and to provide formalised instruction to his subordinates and coworkers. To successfully complete a project, the project manager must consider the following factors: project duration, project resources or scope, communication medium, project risk and challenges, and so on. As a result, the project manager must be competitive and skilled. I will describe a project undertaken by the manager of a Nando's restaurant in the United Kingdom in this paper.
