For Assignment 2 you created a page about a particular community. For this
assignment we want you to consider how problems and possible solutions in
that community depend on how one thinks about the community.
1. Identify a problem in the community
Think of some problem or issue in the community. Briefly explain what the
problem is (one or two sentences).
The problem in the LGBTQI community is the fact that they are always
excluded and judged by others for who they are, and who they love. They are
especially excluded from Christianity and churches, as religion people believe it
is wrong and sinful.
2. Suggest a possible solution
Describe a possible solution to the problem that would probably satisfy the
most powerful or important people in the community (one paragraph).
There isn’t really a solution to this problem, as this is something that has been
happening for many years, people will always have an opinion, and be verbal
about it. I think the solution would be for people to stop being judgemental,
and accept people for who and what they are. At the end of the day, judging
someone does not change who they are or who they love. People need to
