The customers in Oxfam come to the shops to by items such as clothes, books, toys etc. They look to buy high quality products that are less than the retail price e.g. if the retail price for a shirt is £40 in Oxfam it would be £15. They also look for good service and a good variety because Oxfam would need to complete with other businesses in order to gain customers. The customers could also be a donator of the shop
