Abstract
This report consists of the SWOT analysis for IUKL regarding its vision to be the world class
Infrastructure University.
The strengths that IUKL possesses are mentioned to be its marketing value, professional recognition
towards the offered programmes and its ground development potential of future De Centrum City. The
weaknesses are outlined to be the residential campus development, poor location for electrical,
mechanical and automotive engineering departments and limited learning and practical resources. The
opportunities are mainly related towards academic events and career opportunities and last but not the
least, the threat focusses on the recent pandemic of COVID-19 impact on the institution both
academically and financially.
This report also includes some further recommendations that can aid IUKL to improve its current
notable issues in order to achieve its long-term goals.
