Differentiate between the law and rules: It is necessary for law students to differentiate between the law and other rules. There are similarities between the law and other rules in the sense that there seems to be a sense of control, order or system of rules. Law is the only body of rules governing human conduct that is recognised by the state and if necessary, enforced. QUESTION 2 2.1. This concept provides that in every aspect of thinking it should be accompanied by action and application. In can be defined as the action reflection of persons upon the world (learning by doing). Active reflection and reflective action is required. 2.2. Lawyers should be able to construct, sustain sound arguments and apply the legal rules.
