Community (NGO)
Community is the key factors and the driver (diaspora) for GD.
Community can separated into 2;
1. In domestic level; e.g, Indonesian Gastronomy Associations
2. External level; e,g. Diaspora community. Without that
community, there will be no one who will start to eat their own
foods. This is a person who living abroad but still maintain
their identity. When they miss Indonesian food, they have to
cook or maybe buy the close one. The spirit in making the
diaspora community is they want Indonesian food to be
enjoyed by the locals. So, diaspora is an important role in the
spread of GD. Without a strong diaspora community, it’s
almost impossible to have a strong GD in other nations.
Government can do that but not all time, maybe just one time
