Bartering = ruilhandel, oftewel rechtstreekse ruil van goederen tegen goederen.

Macromarketing = niveau van de samenleving.
Mesomarketing = gezamenlijk uitgevoerde marketingactiviteiten van bedrijven die actief zijn
op dezelfde markt (sector).
Micromarketing = marketingmanagement van het individuele bedrijf.

Ontwikkeling van de marketinggedachte: productoriëntatie > product oriëntatie >
verkooporiëntatie > marketingoriëntatie > relatiemarketing > digitale duurzame marketing.

Van productieconcept naar een productconcept.
Van verkoopgericht naar marketinggericht (wensen en behoeften).
Maatschappelijk marketingconcept:




Marketingconcept = alle beslissingen worden op basis van de wensen en behoeften van de
klant gedaan.

Eerste taak van marketing = inzicht in de behoeften en wensen (marktonderzoek en
marketingmix);
Tweede taak van marketing = hogere omzet of andere gewenste Respons, een goede
Reputatie en een duurzame Relatie met de klant.
