I agree that being in front of technological gadgets for too long can produce some kind of
health problem. Of course technology can affect us if we use it for too long. A LotAlot of
things can affect the human body. And because we are talking about something that has
become vital to human beings, there are big possibilities most of us are using technology too

of addiction to videogames, online role-playing games, television and cell phones has given
rise to a new field of study, that of addiction to Information and Communications
Technologies (ICT) or as Griffiths (1995) coined them, ‘technological addictions‘.”
Technological addiction is a very possible outcome of staying too much time looking at a
screen with infinite possibilities. Technological addiction means an excessive need to use
technology gadgets. This may also have more consequences in our health. One of them is
overweight and possible diabetes. This happens when people have developed a technology
addiction for a long period of time, which could lead them to stay inside their home for most
of the day, sometimes not even moving or doing no physical activity.

really affect their personal life.
There are also some side effects that are not permanent such as bothersome in the eyes
after looking too much at a computer. This is called eye strain, and as I said, it's not
permanent, but some other type of technology can cause permanent damage to our retina,
such as a digital alarm clock that is a LED device. Not only our physical health is damaged
by technology abuse. Also a great part of our mental health can be damaged by technology in
so many ways. For example: stress, depression,social anxiety, etc.
In conclusion, abuse of technology and how much time we spend in it, can bring
