• A 65 year old male smoker, presented with
dyspnea, drowsiness, flapping tremor.
On examination there was large
volume pulse & diffuse wheezes.
• What is the possible diagnosis?
Type 2 Respiratory failure

• A 70 year old female who was a known case of HTN
on irregular treatment presented to A&E hospital at
midnight, with severe dyspnea and sweating.
O/E there is fine tremor and bilateral basal
crepitation.
