Introduction
Organizations are expected to operate within the established laws while adhering to
ethical and moral guidelines. The key difference between ethics and law is that ethics are a set of
self-governing principles which define what is right or wrong in a particular circumstance. On

sustainable practices and reducing their negative effects on the society. Both of them are also
concerned with encouraging moral and responsible behavior within an organization.
