These are all the skills and the behavior of the entrepreneurs.  Various views: - Level of Analysis : o Narrow view : focus on the entrepreneur or the created organization o Broad view : person, outcome, process, context - Driver, expected outcome : o Narrow view : making profit o Broad view : creating value 1.1.2 Innovation :  Metaphor of the dots Innovation as : o An outcome: new products, product features, and production methods that result from innovation = what you get o A Process: organizational and social processes that producers innovation, such as individual creativity, organizational structure, environmental context, and social and economic factors = how you get it.
