Health Care clinicians must protect patients from harm and injury. The influenza virus is known to be associated with severe complications, mortality and morbidity. The aim of this paper is to discuss the mandated policies of health care clinicians receiving the annual influenza vaccination and their autonomous rights to refuse the influenza vaccination based on reasonable accommodation on religion, disability, and sole justice of liberty.
