Executive Summary
“The strength of our company has allowed us to be there for our clients and communities - in
good times and in bad times - and this strength enables us to continually invest in building our
businesses for the future.” (Dimon, 2016) The best companies, and the companies where their
employee’s enjoy their job, are built by investing back into the company you work for, because if
you do not believe in the product or company you are selling why are you there? Employees of
sportssessionplanner.com will own stock in the company; we believe that the success of our
company should be benefitted from employee’s hard work and dedication they have to put into
the company. Our workers will be the back bone of our business, having said that, our culture is
what will make our employees that way. Just like in sports, we will have games, contests, and
have office parties to keep things light. We believe a happy employee makes for a comfortable
office environment. Making sure that we give back to our local communities sports programs
and also giving kids a chance to play sports that might not be able to afford it, will be a
mainstream of ours. Here at sportssessionplanner.com our company surrounds itself in ethics.
We take professional coaches practice sessions and upload them to our site, so making sure that
we do our due diligence that these practice sessions are authentic is a key part of the way we do
business, because we are only as good as our word!
