Final Strategic Plan and Presentation
Every business needs a clearly defined set of values, a mission, and vision to reach goals
that have been determined via their strategic plan. When goals, values, missions, and visions area
clearly defined in documentation this allows organizations to business, tactical, and corporate
strategies as well as goals. The above stated documents contain comprehensive research on the
vision and mission statements of Wallflower Athletics and how these documents will set them
apart from their competition. The vales set forth for Wallflower Athletics will allow them to carry
out strategies, which will increase earnings, and remain competitive at the same time.
Analysis:
The outlined business plan consists of establishing a web based and brick and mortar
athletic company that will outline workouts, sell sporting goods, and diet plans to consumers for
either a monthly charge or a per service basis depending on what the consumer prefers. The web
based fitness programs will be help very much like a WebEx, with a virtual instructor and an
established exercise and diet that caters to each member individually. Consumers who would
prefer to do business in person will be able to at our local Louisiana location and they will
receive all of that same benefits for the same cost as the online members. Wallflower Athletics
will work with each member and monitor their progress as they move along through their
specialized fitness program. Members who participate online will be monitored through our web
based program and the members who engage in our programs at our physical location will be
monitored via our fitness system onsite.

The mission statement of Wallflower Athletics will be geared toward what the
organization is trying to offer consumers and accomplish overall. The mission statement will
discuss all services and products offered, who the projected customer base will be. As the
company grows and changes the mission statement of the organization will grow and change
with it to keep up with development, and consumer needs and requirements. Wallflower Athletics
mission will always be offer outstanding service and supplies to their customers; while letting
them know that the company truly does care about each individual’s wellbeing (DuBois, 2014).
The Mission Statement of Wallflower Athletics will be to develop a health and fitness
company that is unique to its competitors. The organization will seek to develop not only a web
based virtual diet and exercise experience, but also offer an onsite experience as well. The goal is
to appeal to all health conscious individuals regardless of their age or preference. The web based
and onsite experiences will be carried out using educated and experienced instructors, at a cost
effective price, and remain extremely interactive.
Vision:
The vision of Wallflower Athletics is to appeal to people who have fulltime careers and
let them know that there are still ways to lead a healthy lifestyle. The hope is that providing a
web based program and also offering a brick and mortar location that the company will be able
to break into ecommerce areas. The vision also includes a strong sense of accomplishment to
Wallflower Athletics’ employees letting them know that all of their hard work does make a
difference in the lives of others.
