The first was in the Performances of Services section. It now states that:  Rasmussen Hospital and Clinics will not review assigned coders' resumes, contact previous healthcare facilities, and reject any coders of ABC Coding Services. I feel this poses a risk to the facility by not making sure that the employees doing the work, just like if it was being done in house the coders were ethical and compliant at this and previous positions. Rasmussen Hospital could be held accountable for breaches of the EHR if the proper checks were not done on the employees. The change I would make to that would be for it to read this way:  Rasmussen Hospital and Clinics will be able to review assigned coders' resumes, contact previous healthcare facilities, or reject any coders of
