Develop an employment contract applicable for the position
Assure that you comply with all the written particulars associated with section
29 of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act.
Also include additional agreements that are necessary.
This contract should not be long (average of three to four pages), but needs to
include all aspects associated with an employment contract.
The contract must be unique to the company and fully completed. Do not
apply standard examples. Just copying an existing employment contract
will lead to you losing mark.
