OBJECTIVE
What happened? In today’s session we looked at art with babies. For this
● The facts activity we had to think of ways to make creative play objects
● Activity
● Weather & Mood from the different material. On table 1 there was plastic
cylinders table 2 there was foam/gold foil on table 3 there was
different shaped sponges on table 4 there was bubble wrap
and on table 5 there was different types of fabric. We also
looked at a PowerPoint on art with babies, which focused on
the different age groups and different creative ideas for each
aged group.
REFLECTIVE
How did it feel?
Emotional/gut response I found this activity very interesting. It was hard trying to think
within yourself
of ideas for some of the material. When every group shared
their ideas it was fascinating to see how everyone came up
with such different ideas for each material. I found the
PowerPoint very beneficial as it helped me to understand
more about doing art with babies.
