OBJECTIVE
What happened?
● The facts In this session we made clay figures. I decided to make a clay
● Activity
● Weather & Mood tile of an octopus under the sea. We also looked at a
PowerPoint on creativity in early years setting. In this
PowerPoint it showed us how to organise a creative setting
and different ideas for both indoor and outdoor activities. It
also showed us to displays the children’s finished work as it is
an achievement for the children and make their work more
valuable.
REFLECTIVE
How did it feel?
Emotional/gut response I really enjoyed doing the clay as it was very relaxing. However
within yourself
at times it was frustrating trying to create the right shape of an
octopus. Overall the activity was very enjoyable and fun.

away?
By participating in this activity I have learned a lot of ideas in
