How does maintaining a relationship with audience helps in ethical communication?
Answer:
Effective communication help us maintaining our good relationships. Maintaining a relationship with
audience helps in ethical communication. When a person is concerned with audience the audience
automatically give attention to this person and listen carefully and think he is saying right. So by
maintaining a relationship with audience helps us to convey our message in more convenient way and
more confidently. Good communication is the solution to every problem. We can solve many
problems by talking and finding s appropriate solution through it.
Example:
We can take example of students and teacher relationship in a classroom. If instructor is more friendly
in conveying his lecture to students they can learn more better and ask easily when their is a conflict.
But if the instructor is strict and his relationship with students is not good they never ask about their
queries. In this aspect students are audience and instructor is host. Instructor should maintain a
relationship with students for good ethical communication.
