legal representative MR. DALTON PASTORE JUNIOR, married, superintendent
general, bearer of Identity Card RG No. 10.845.140-2, registered with the CPF under
No. 739.736. 082-65, resident and domiciled at Rua Doutor Carmem Lúcia, 22,
Jardim Biridim, municipality of São Paulo, state of São Paulo, zip code 01382-457,
hereinafter simply referred to as the CONTRACTING PARTY.
EUROMONITOR INTERNATIONAL & RESEARCH CONSULTING LTDA, a legal
entity governed by private law, regularly registered with the CNPJ under No.
16.976.-91, commercially established 60 Britton Street - London, United
Kingdom, Zip Code 02642-133, through its representative legal Mr TIM KIT CHIN,
British, married, CEO, holder of ID Card No. 600364107, issued by SSP / UK,
registered with the Social Security Number under No. 470-57-1721, hereafter simply
referred to as CONTRACTOR.
RESOLVE, by common agreement, to the wording of article 593 of the Civil Code, to
enter into this contract, in accordance with the terms, clauses and conditions that
freely stipulate, accept, grant and covenant, being obliged to comply with them at
any time. time and place, by themselves and their heirs and successors in any
capacity.
OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
, First clause: The purpose of this agreement is the provision of specialized services
by Euromonitor International & Research Consulting Ltda to the Escola Superior de
Propaganda e Marketing Association, providing technical advice and commercial
advice within its research area.
Sole Paragraph: Business consulting and advisory services include prospecting
customers and suppliers, due diligence, closing supply contracts, product evaluation
and quality inspection, sample presentation, quotation, negotiation, research,

Second Clause: This contract is concluded for a period of 25 years, with the
possibility of renewal every 10 years after the end of this first term, if this option is

Third Clause: Once this document is signed, the contractor has the obligation to
