PERSONAL PHILOSOPHY OF LEADERSHIP
Introduction
The purpose of this paper is to discuss my personal leadership values, my assumptions of
leadership, and a statement about my personal leadership philosophy.

leader are integrity, communicative, collaborator, dutiful, and growing. I will further discuss the
definitions of each value, how they relate to nursing practice, and how I would use each value as
a nurse leader.
