The objective of this book is to help PhD students, master's students, undergraduate students, and researchers in defining research needs and techniques. This book offers Research Ideas in addition to a full list of the acronyms, analyses, techniques, and other words used in the 95 publications linked to Banana and explosives. Students will get acquainted with the most commonly utilised techniques, analyses, and models in this area of study by scanning the list offered in this book. As a consequence, numerous research hurdles have been addressed, including identifying study gaps and generating a research methodologies. This book is meant for researchers in Banana and explosives but is not restricted to them solely. This book is valuable to everyone.

,GUIDELINES TO USE THIS BOOK

As you can notice, this book contains only Tables that lists all the names of abbreviations, analysis,
behaviour etc that are mentioned in all ,95 journals that are mentioned in references section. The
purpose of the lists is to help identify the most occurrence names mentioned in those journals.

This book gathers findings from hundreds of journals connected to the subject matter in order to help
students find their research gaps and research methodologies easier. Students are urged to utilise this
book to determine which research gaps and methodologies are appropriate for their research. Your
choice should be discussed with your research supervisor. To help you with the list, there are

THREE (3) rules to use this book
The approach for this book is based on Three (3) rulesl

1. THE MOST MENTIONED ARE A TREND
2. THE LESS MENTIONED ARE GAP POTENTIAL
3. NOT MENTIONED AT ALL ARE RESEARCH GAPS

All the lists here are acts as TWO (2) purposes. They are

1. List of methodologies that may help you selecting the best methodologies for your research
2. Research gap potential in term of using less mentioned methodologies.

For example, refer to Figure 1 and Figure 2

Figure 1: Names of most mention items for analysis

The most mentioned name of analysis are

a. Finite Element Analysis – 19 times
b. Linear Stability Analysis – 18 times

According to 1st rule, most mention is trend,
This means that in doing research on the subject matter, you must hardly consider using Finite Element
Analysis and Linear Stability Analysis as they are mostly mentioned in all journals related. If your
research does not include Finite Element Analysis and Linear Stability Analysis, most probably your
research may be incomplete.

Figure 2: Names for least mentioned items for analysis

,According to 2nd rule, less mention is gap potential,
This means that from all the journals, only ONE (1) or TWO (2) times those names are mentioned.
You have options to use any of the less mention names as your research gap potential. You should
discuss those options with your supervisor. For example, your supervisor and you may identify that
Area Structure Analysis as a promising method for your research. Thus, you choose this analysis as
your research tool.

The least mentioned names of analysis are

1. Structure Interaction Analysis – 2 times
2. Area Structure Analysis – 1 time

According to 3rd rule, not mention at all is research gap.
From all the list, not once mentioned a certain tool that you think is gap potential. You can discuss
with your supervisor about it. You can mention that your idea(s) are not mentioned at all in all journals
relate to the subject matter.

For example, Graphene is not mentioned at all in all journals related to the subject matter. It can be
confirmed that nobody uses graphene in this research. You can decide to use graphene in this
research.

, Topics that you might discuss with Supervisors

These are the among items that you may discuss with your supervisors regarding research gaps and
tools to use in your report.

1. List of analysis/methods/model/behavior/properties etc that are mostly mentioned in all journals
2. List of analysis/methods/model/behavior/properties etc that are less mentioned in all journals
3. Equipment that you choose is unavailable.
4. Equipment that you choose are under maintenance
5. Equipment that you choose is too expensive.
6. Materials that you choose are too expensive
7. Materials that you choose have been used before as it is mentioned in this guideline book.
8. The type of analysis/methods/model etc that you choose cannot be done as there are no expert
available at your institution
9. The items that you want to do research is not in the list, therefore it is a gap potential. You may
want to propose it to your supervisor.

Next Steps
After you had selected your research methods, find journals related to your subject matter. Read it
thoroughly. This book had already saved you a lot of time in selecting suitable methods for your
research purpose.
