year-old daughter, Anya. The receptionist gathers information during the initial history. Olga and Boris
were born in Russia and they have lived in the country for 8 years. They are both employed full time and
speak English well. Anya was born in this county and she is fluent in Russian and English. Olga states
that Anya is basically healthy. She experienced a viral illness a couple of months ago, but she quickly
recovered. Anya is at the clinic for her 5-year-old check-up for kindergarten.
