and goals if you were interviewing for a position at that university? Why? Support

Formerly, self-awareness will sanction evaluation of job postings, schools, curricula, and
faculty from the perspective of how they fit with the interviewee’s goals and necessities
(Smith, 2011). Therefore, I will first ascertain my own philosophy, goals, values, and
formulate a personal mission statement.
