I, Dr. Margo White, have been in the healthcare field for over 15 years, and
as a pharmacist for almost 10 years. I obtained my Doctoral of Pharmacy
degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in May of 2005. I
then practiced as a retail pharmacist until February 2009 when I became a
Clinical Pharmacist with a home infusion company and started precepting
and teaching pharmacy students. I currently hold the positions of Clinical
Pharmacist as a hospital pharmacist and Medical Writer II with a Clinical
Research Organization. I also teach Advanced Pharmacology for another
online university and have done so for two years. I am blessed because all
positions allow me to work from home. This allows me to balance my work
and family life.
I live in Raleigh, North Carolina and have two daughters. My children are
ages 21 and 11, which means I have some referee skills because the 11
year-old thinks she is the oldest. For fun I enjoy shopping, reading, and
traveling.
