CROSS CULTURAL MANAGEMENT AND GLOBAL LEADERSHIP
INTRODUCTION:
This article was studied from science direct. This article shows the true color of the leadership
and culture management and how they changed or shifts from Cultural Management to Global
Leadership. All the things started taking place in the early 19s, from 1904 and 2013 there has
been numerous journals which were published and many aspects were changed. In this article we
came to know that the difference between cultures or different management cultures which then
later on in 2013 changed into Global Leadership this name was given to it. This whole article is
based on the organization’s perspective and the changes/differences which occurred, by the time
passes new theories and concepts were developed which were adopted and implemented in the
various organizations.
LITERATURE REVIEW:
We are going to discuss about the Organization and leadership management in this article, here
we see that there are some theories and cultures which also apply on different culture as well as
organization. The basic aspect of this principle is to identify the core element which defines the
Management culture, HR culture, Leadership Management and Organizational culture which
differ and vary from one aspect of an element to another one because it shifts the culture and
changes the unique features which will help implement the Management strategy. This area is
specifically focusing on the management study and cultural mix study where all the cultures are
mixed together and are working under one roof. The other important factor which rises in the
mid 19s was about the uni-culture and the era of this time was largely respectable. Cross cultural
management includes every aspect of managing the strategies and core elements.
As this discussion goes on and the elements are discussed, the Global management was on the
tongue of every second person at that time and still is the same perception are in the minds.
Organization has now become a ritual which plays a very important role and the concept which
was deprived in that era is now over the people. People are now crossing the boundaries of the
organization and Cross culture is becoming very popular that is why a human is known as social
animal and also the management is cross culture people from different culture are hiring
sometimes they are hired to work in the vary organization. The other factor involve was the
Transformation which the foreigners have great potential to transform, at that time it was
introduced in five points. They were mainly divided into smaller groups which one can say that it
was dissolution. The opposite of decay is to put things back together and form something
valuable to work which is the second point, the third was to feel that they were in the charge of
everything in specific words one can say it was autonomy and the last one was the independence
to feel freedom. After 20 years something else was invented which gave another elements and
they were about the self-proclaimed and the self-praising elements such as completeness and
