Abstract
In this paper I will attempt to fully detail and discuss;
Seasonal variations for temperature and precipitation for this specific region as well as
the considerations relative to the polar front theory.
The common and prevalent storms that affect this area.
The maximum recorded precipitation and detail the type of storm that this event was
associated with.
The patterns of occurrence for this type of event and discuss the implications this has on
the proposed development site.
How seasonal melt and extreme precipitation events will impact stream discharge and the
surrounding landscape.
