Currently, I work as a charge nurse in a hospital’s step-down ventilators unit. I work for a
full 12-hour night shift where I must interact with other inter-professional teams to achieve the
goal of quality patient care. Insurance and Care (icare) is an organization which was
fundamentally created for the purpose of delivering insurance and care schemes. It is thus the
focal point of excellent services for long-term care needs for patients with severe injuries hence
improving the quality of life. Such professional teams include patient care technicians, LPNs and
monitor technicians. One key team function which has proven to be key here is high-frequency

interventions and monitoring since most patients regularly become unstable with a heartbeat.

surgery unit, and trauma unit. In fact, there are cases when patients are served the patient in

nurses should have the capability of providing education and thus should be well equipped with
