traditions and the relaxing atmosphere of a coffee shop. Dinerary is meant to be the
perfect place for morning adrenaline to the brain to start the day and set the mood,
or for a lunch break, to take one’s mind off business issues and have a relaxing half-
hour respite, as well as an ideal evening breather after a tough day in a pleasant and
stress-free environment. Dinerary's target clientele can be quite broad— from
adolescents to adult businessmen, or just anybody who appreciates values comfort.
II. Target Customer
Dinerary will cater to people who want to get their daily cup of great-tasting meals
in a relaxing atmosphere. Such customers vary in age, given that our location is
close to the University campus means that most of our clientele will be students and
faculty. Our market shows that these discerning customers that gravitate towards a
better haven to relax. Furthermore, a lot of college students consider diners and
libraries to be convenient studying or meeting locations, where they can read or
meet with peers without the necessity to pay cover charges. For us, this will provide
a unique possibility for building a loyal client base.
III. Product Positioning and Branding
It has always been a life of a student to have loads of projects and exams. And
finding a quiet and peaceful place where it is perfect to study, whether it is a group
